I don’t have decorations and lights; do you have any to purchase?

Yes, we are a full service holiday decoration specialists. We work with a team of professionals and designers to offer you the best experience this holiday season. If you don’t already have your own set of lights and decorations, we can easily order them for you prior to installing. What kind of lights do you install?

Whatever you need or have, we can work with.  Our team of trained, experienced professionals can install either LED and Incandescent lights to your commercial property.

Will your team remove my lights?

Of course.  After the holiday seasons are over, our team of professionals will come back to your commercial property to remove the decorations and lights.  We’ll even pack them up and store them wherever you need it to be.

What happens if the decorations or lights no longer works?

When first coming to your site, our trained professionals are highly trained to address all issues before leaving. However, In the event something that we installed falters or breaks, please give our team a call at 844-327-1986 or fill out our contact form.  We will be in touch within 1-2 business days to schedule a appointment to correct the problem.

Is Carolina Christmas licensed?

Yes, Carolina Christmas and Maintenance Specialists Inc. are licensed in the State of North Carolina. Furthermore, our team of trained electrical and service professionals are trained regularly, so we can ensure the best quality of work possible.

Do we need to hire an electrician?

In most cases, our team of technicians can get the work done without an issue; however, larger projects may require a additional power source, so an electrician will be needed. Our consultants will be able to provide you and your team more information, if this is needed.

Do you Service Residential Properties?

Unfortunately, Carolina Christmas strictly works with commercial and HOA properties.  In the future, we may add residential services, but at the current moment, we only service commercial, retail, and homeowner association properties and municipalities.

When should I schedule my holiday decorations and lights appointment?

As every other season and holiday can come and go, our best recommendation is to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. You can either fill out our online form or contact our year round office at 844-327-1986
